How long does the process take?

Typically it will take 1-2 days to pull your order and either call you to pick up or send out to ship. Any delays will be if we are out of a size and have to order the item for you, which could take up to 2 weeks. We will ship out partial and ship remaining upon arrival. If picking up in-store, we will allow for partial pickups and notify you when you item arrives. Expect 3-5 days to pull orders in July and August.

What is the return policy?

Our policy is exchanges only. We do not offer a refund for any purchases made. We only offer store credit or even exchanges.

Can I pick up my order from any Kid to Kid?

No, only the Arlington location carries uniforms.

Will I be able to use my loyalty points on my purchase?

Yes, just mention in the comment that you have a 20% off loyalty reward and we will deduct it on our end. You will see a different amount charged on your account.

Will my points be added to my loyalty program?

Yes any purchase made, we will add your points for rewards.
